Returns & RefundsPlease note: Our products are classified as perishable research compounds and therefore fall outside the 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.Returns are only accepted in the event of product issues as outlined below.Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or incorrect item
• The product does not match the description on our website

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any requests made after this period.2. Refund EligibilityTo qualify for a refund:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• The return must be pre-approved by our team

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.3. Non-Refundable ItemsWe do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Change of mind, accidental orders, or finding a lower price elsewhere

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.4. Shipping and shipping CostsShipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs—unless the error was on our part.We cannot as well as Royal mail cannot guarantee delivery within the set time given this is strictly a guideline Royal mail aim to have the parcel delivered to you.Orders placed before the set cut off time will be shipped that day for next WORKING day delivery (mon-fri) meaning orders placed on a Friday are by Royal Mails guidlines are set to be delivered on a Monday, occasionally if we are running behind schedule orders placed on a friday will be shipped on a saturday also for monday delivery.   Important Note:All products are sold strictly for research purposes only.
